Returns & Refund Policy

At Tiladeco, your satisfaction matters. We accept returns and exchanges on eligible items within 30 days of delivery. This policy sets out what can be returned, how to return it by mail with a free label, and how quickly refunds are processed. It works together with our Shipping Policy and Warranty Policy.

Return Window

You may request a return or exchange within 30 days from the date of delivery.

What Can Be Returned

We accept returns for both of the following:

  • Defective products — items that arrive damaged, faulty, or not working as described

  • Non-defective products — items you simply changed your mind about

Exchanges are accepted. Products must be in new condition — unused, in their original packaging, with all accessories and included hardware, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return (By Mail)

All returns are handled by mail. To start, email us at contact@tiladeco.shop or use our Contact Us page with your order number. Once approved, you will receive:

  • A free, prepaid return shipping label to download and print

  • Step-by-step packaging instructions

  • A Return Authorization Number (RA#) to include with your package

Please do not send any item back before your return is approved.

  • Return label: Free — download and print the prepaid label we provide

  • Restocking fee: None

  • Return method: By mail

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 days. Your bank or card provider may need additional time to post the refund to your account.

Exchanges

To exchange an item, start a return using the steps above and let us know the replacement you would like. Approved exchanges are shipped in line with our Shipping Policy.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us promptly and we will make it right at no cost to you.
