Returns & Refund Policy

Tiladeco.shop strives to provide a satisfying shopping experience for every customer. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, eligible physical products may be returned or exchanged within 30 days from the date of delivery.


Eligibility Requirements

Returned items must meet all of the following conditions:

  • The product must be unused and remain in its original condition

  • All original packaging, accessories, and included hardware must be intact

  • Proof of purchase (such as an order confirmation or receipt) is required

  • The item must not be customized beyond the standard options offered on the product page


Return Authorization Process

Returns must be approved before sending any item back. To begin the process, contact us at contact@tiladeco.shop.

Once your request is approved, you will receive:

  • A prepaid return shipping label

  • Step-by-step packaging instructions

  • A Return Authorization Number (RA#), which must be clearly visible on the outside of the package

Any return sent without prior approval will not be accepted or processed.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives with any issues, please contact us promptly. This includes:

  • Items damaged during shipping (including frames, prints, or packaging)

  • Incorrect products, sizes, designs, or colors

  • Missing parts or hanging hardware

We will review the situation and provide an appropriate resolution.


Non-Returnable Items

Certain products are not eligible for return, including:

  • Custom or personalized items (such as designs with added text or images)

  • Final sale or clearance products

  • Items damaged after delivery due to misuse, mishandling, or improper installation


Exchanges

To exchange a product, you must first complete the return process for the original item. After your return is approved, you can place a new order separately. Any approved refund or credit may be applied toward your replacement purchase.


Refund Timeline

Once your returned item is received and inspected (typically within 3–5 business days), you will be notified of the approval status.

If approved:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days

  • Additional processing time of 3–10 business days may be required by your bank or payment provider
