Order Cut-Off Time

Our order cut-off time is 2:00 PM PST (Pacific Standard Time, Los Angeles). Orders placed before the cut-off on a business day (Monday–Friday) begin processing the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM PST, or on weekends and holidays, begin processing the next business day.

Handling Time

Handling time is 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday). This is the time we take to prepare, pack, and dispatch your order after it is confirmed.

Transit Time

Transit time is 3–5 business days (Monday–Friday). This is the time your order spends with the carrier after it has been dispatched.

Estimated Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time is 4–7 business days from the date of purchase (handling time plus transit time). Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or other factors outside our control.

Carriers & Tracking

Orders are fulfilled through reliable carriers such as USPS and UPS. Once your order ships, tracking information is provided within 24 hours so you can follow it on the Track Your Order page. For orders valued above $200, a signature may be required at delivery for secure receipt.

Packaging

  • Devices are packed in protective, cushioned boxes to guard against impact during transit

  • Antennas, adapters, and small parts are secured to prevent movement inside the package

  • Mounting hardware and setup instructions are included for immediate installation
